Hello all my new bloggy friends! I can’t wait to get started with this! It’s so fun! My name is Jenelle and I love the Lord, I want to open with that because it is the most important part of my life, ya know, my relationship with Jesus Christ! I love God with all my heart. What is your favorite way to show God that you love Him? I’m kinda young so I’m still exploring a lot about my faith! I would love to hear from you and get to know you too. Hey all, I know I haven’t been around lately. I’ve just been trying to figure out what I wanted to say next. And ya know, just been living. laughing and loving…. more on that later!

So I’m a junior in college, did you know that? I pretty much love it! A few weeks ago I was talking to a friend when I was going through kind of a rough time in life. I was trying to figure out what the heck God was doing in the choirs I’ve been trying to get into, relationships in my life and what kind of career I was going to have.  He asked me three questions: 1. What does God want for you?   2. What do you want for yourself?   3. What does God want to do with what you want? I forgot about these questions until I spoke with him again yesterday! I realized I have ignored God sometimes. Ever have days like that? I asked my friend why we hadn’t talked, to which he relied, “It seems it has helped you live, laugh and love (referring to the relationship I am in right now! ) 

Now lets talk about that relationship. This guy is amazing and I love him so much! It’s funny how God can surprise me when I am not looking! This guy surprises me everyday! He is so smart, so charming, so courageous, so funny, so loving and so wonderful! It sucks because sometimes people don;t notice that so he doesn’t get the credit for those things a lot. But I want to give him credit. Pete, I love you honey, you are amazing! Than you so much for the past two months, they have been incredible!

Now that I have come down from cloud 9, onto other things…….

Now onto those great friends that keep me laughing everyday. I have finally found a group of girls that I lovr who love me in return! There is something so beautiful about the maturity that comes with friendships in college. I love the bumper sticker on facebook that says “I am not here to find my husband, I am here to find my bridesmaids!” SO TRUE TO ME! If I do find that guy, or if I have already found him, great! We will just have to see. 

Side note, I want to tell you about this cool thing called STARLITE ministries, maybe you have heard of it on Amy Beth‘s blog! It is this amazing blessing God has placed in my life. Getting back to the whole career thing. I have applied for an internship at this little company, Disney, you might have heard of it. Hopefully next summer I will be spending my time interning at one of their studios in California. That would be so cool! Did I mention that working for Disney is MY DREAM!?!?!? It is!!!!!! I have wanted to work for Disney since i started thinking about a career. But who knows, maybe I have a career there, maybe not. I am just maybe the biggest Disney fan you have ever met! I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Especially The Little Mermaid!  

But I do know that no matter what my profession is, God has a call on my life to live for HIM, to love HIM and to laugh with him. Whether it will be working in a non-Christian community, or working for an actual ministry, all I know is I cannot wait to see what He has in store for me. As for now, I am jsut gonna keep living, laughing and loving for Christ!
